Role- Production Support Analyst

Location – Miami, FL

Contract

 

 

Need production support candidates with some development experience in below Azure Skill set.  

 

-Work on production issues that require a code change

-Work on new functional enhancements (major & minor)

-Provide IM/SRM/PM/CM services for in-scope products/applications.

-Collaborate with Level 1 Support Teams for providing end to end ticket resolution.

-Collaborate with Developers for code changes.

-Create SOPs & Product documentation.

-Co-ordinate with offshore team

 

 

Skills

-Azure Logic Apps

-Azure Service Fabric and Service Bus

-Azure Data Factory

 

Good to have

-Prior experience with Service Transition.

-Well-versed with Onsite-Offshore execution model.

-Ability to understand business requirements/impacts in a highly technical environment.

-Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Good analysis skills in order to aid in trouble-shooting and problem-solving.

-High attention to details and service minded approach.

-Willing to learn new technologies on the job & cross-skill across adjacent technologies.

 

 

–Willingness to provide on-call Support outside business Hours on a rotational basis.
