| Position: Product Manager/ Owner with Guidewire claims Location: Remote Duration: Long Term
REQUIRED SKILLS: · Must have Claims experience within the insurance space. Must have excellent understanding of claims processes, personas, user support and must be proficient in guidewire claim center. Digital Claim Center experience in the cloud is a nice to have. · Lead and prioritize the backlog for one or more scrum teams based on the product roadmap, customer feedback, technical product requirements (upgrades etc.) and product defects · Work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle shifting and challenging priorities effectively with a growth mentality · Ensure well-written user stories, defines acceptance criteria, and helps define and document testing requirements · Demo product capabilities to gain alignment · Partner with UX to deliver wireframes, prototypes and other design artifacts by providing clear business direction in the form of user flows, requirements or user stories · Engage with business partners to refine requirements (legal, insurance product etc.) and has experience in partner management · Play an integral role in release planning, post-release production validation, and release communication · Act as the liaison between the Product Manager and engineering/delivery teams, representing the needs of the business while championing the end-user · Is a product SME: Understands business rules/logic associated with their product’s features and ensures they are documented and maintained, determines the appropriate user research activities, defines product KPIs, maintains and reports out on product analytics on an ongoing basis, and regularly seeks out market data to develop points of view and make well-informed product decisions · Build experiences that align with organizational strategy to drive revenue and policy growth · Deliver user workflow efficiencies that can improve policy acquisition cost, ultimately improving our ability to efficiently and effectively operate and compete in the market Thanks & Regards, Vivek Yadav Recruitment Lead Call: (908) 633-4182 E: KumarY@VBeyond.com | www.vbeyond.com 390 Amwell Road, Suite # 107, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Note – VBeyond is fully committed to Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity.
