Job Description:
Experience of 9 years in Solution Analyst, SME or development role with specific experience on ServiceNow Platform and the recent few years specific to ServiceNow HR Case Management, in the below technical areas:
- Experience in development or implementation of "as a service" and cloud platforms and products.
- Ability to be the ServiceNow SME and support multiple Enterprise level clients
- Experience leading components of major business and system transformation efforts (definition, design, implementation) across multiple business units on ServiceNow Platform and Implementing any of the ServiceNow Modules.
- Exposure on ServiceNow integration protocols with other application/systems Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.) will be essential
- Should have prior working experience in ServiceNow tool such as ITSM and HRSD
- Hands-on analysis, design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform and HR Service Delivery product. Interpreting HR business requirements, documenting the technical design, and implementing the solution.
- Work on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Case and Knowledge Management application
- Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Employee Service Center application
- Case Management: Capture Case details, multiple cases, attach reference documents, link cases, produce notifications & trigger actions. Strong experience in defining HR Case Management Process, HR Service Portal requests, Analytics & cases in scoped version of HR.
- Experience in Workday integration with ServiceNow is a must. Identify and document business requirements as per the Statement of Work
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working and specifically implementing ServiceNow IT workflow solutions
- Must have working experience in two or more of the below mention modules specific to ServiceNow: o ITSM o HR Case Management Prior ITSM & HRSD consulting experience highly desired
- Strong project management experience with the ability to be a self-starter
- Background in Programming/Development or ITIL

Job Description:
Need a *SQL developer* who can assist the team with provider rate loads. Job descriptions to follow, but we need someone to do analysis and program SQL scripts to insert data into MS SQL Server General Summary Application Developer (SQL) III for Software Development Services (SDS) is a senior level individual contributor position who will be functioning as an integral part of the team in developing various technical aspects of complex development projects. The developer will work closely with the Manager of Application Development, Solutions Engineers/Analysts, and other subject matter experts to deliver software solutions that support the ever-evolving business needs and quick shifting priorities. Having the flexibility and willingness to work in a variety of development languages is ideal, but the primary responsibility is creating or modifying SQL scripts to manipulate data or objects (views, functions, stored procedures, triggers, etc.) in SQL Server 2014.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Understanding of a standard typical Software Development Life Cycle and adherence to best practices.
- Deep knowledge of client/server development and architectural principles.
- Utilizes and conforms to design standards and methodologies.
- Use applicable design/development languages (e.g., SQL, SSMS, VB6, XML, .NET, ADO, etc.) and tools. Develop and maintain overall knowledge of business applications and any 3rd party components.
- Work with DBAs and manager to determine file/database structure design and definition.
- Under direction of the Manager of Application Development, assists with designs and works with analysts to document specifications.
- Create and utilize test plans and tools to validate quality of deployment deliverables.
- Resolution of issues and defects found in quality control.
- Assist in developing quality and performance benchmarks for the systems.
- Keep analysts, developers, and management informed of a Inll relevant issues.
- Consult with support teams regarding database usage, interfaces, performance tuning, and issues.
