Sr. AWS DevOps Eng with Cloud Security Exp
Interview : Phone and skype
Location: REMOTE but must be near Irving, TX (Onsite once a month)
6+ Months Contract 

Description:
This role will work with Threat Management Center (TMC), triage all the alerts and notifications issued by the TMC splunk, and AWS GuardDuty alerts/notifications.
 
Responsibilities:

• 5 to 6+ years of DevOps experience working within an enterprise environment.
• Interact and work with the security operations center. Knowledge of AWS and security best practices is required.
• This role will be trained and groomed to isolate any compromised EC2 instances etc.. and will follow the playbook once an incident is determined in collaboration with TMC.
• Prior roles as security analyst with cloud security expertise are ideal.
• Experience working within a Private and public cloud environment using Kubernetes
• Implement synthetic monitoring
• New tools implementation...Identify and implement
• More DevOps and Tools focused vs Ops

 
Certifications: (any of the following are a big plus)

• AWS DevOps Cert.
• AWS SysOps Cert.
• AWS Security Cert.
