Role: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Work closely with the project team and government personnel to prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical project documents (e.g., Technical migration project plan, business needs assessments, risk management plans, alternatives analysis, cost-benefit analysis)
Assist with monitoring migration activities to ensure development and implementation success
Collect, analyze, and manipulate a variety of data to generate recommendations or conclusions
Synthesize and summarize data, research, or communications (e.g., summary briefings and meeting minutes)
Contribute to firm marketing and promotional efforts
Desired Skills and Experience:
Successful candidates should possess a high degree of professionalism, value quality, and demonstrate strong initiative while meeting the following qualifications and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and/or Capital Planning Professional (CPP) certification
· Proficient in and knowledgeable about SharePoint
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of professional experience in related field. Experience with large, complex IT projects and organizations
· Confidence, creativity, and a strong drive
· Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with, analyzing, and synthesizing budget and program data
· Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Tool Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Ability to disseminate conversations into working points (e.g., meeting notes, action items, documentation)
· Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups
· Writing ability meets established standards for Order, Clarity, Conciseness, Style, and Terminology
· Ability to work individually and cooperatively in a team environment with a willingness to share knowledge
Professional Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft's Office Tool Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
