Remote for now – (Post Pandemic Tempe AZ / Santa Clara CA)
12+ months contract
Required skill- Technical Scrum Master with AWS or API experience mandatory
Job Description:
1. Related work experience as a Scrum Master working in Agile Scrum or SAFe environments
2. Applicable knowledge of and experience with cloud technologies implementation - AWS /API integration
3. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including effective negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
4. Understands the fundamentals of and has implemented, medium to large scale iterative development programs or projects, along with backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition
5. Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a broad set of constituencies, both technical and non-technical, up and down
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and juggle the needs and pressures of multiple squads and product owners
7. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment enthusiastically and effectively
8. Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create and demonstrate visible value for the organization
9. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: Kanban, Crystal etc.
10. Agile Scrum (CSM, PSM), SAFE certifications or other advanced agile certifications
