Top Skills    10+ years of development experience (currently hands on) in Java, JavaScript, Spring MVC / Spring boot/ Web Services
Expert foundation in algorithms, data structures and core computer science concepts – able to teach/mentor others in their learning
5+ years of experience in front-end web frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, or Polymer
Experience automated testing and proficient with a testing framework (e.g. RTL, Jest, Cypress)
Experience working with a source versioning tool, such as Git
Working experience in a cloud native environments like K8s, Azure, AWS is a plus
Experience coaching, mentoring and guiding developers
Expert in TDD and BDD in the software development processes

2.) Position : Java Lead 
Location : Remote
Duration : Contract 
Interview:  Phone and Skype
No H1B

Description :

10+ years of development experience (currently hands on) in Java, JavaScript, Spring MVC / Spring boot/ Web Services.

Experience automated testing and proficient with a testing framework (e.g. RTL, Jest, Cypress)

Strong written and verbal English communications skills – prior speaking/blogging engagements in technical forums and conferences

Expert in TDD and BDD in the software development processes

Mentor and teacher of new technologies and design patterns

Working experience in a cloud native environments like K8s, Azure, AWS is a plus
