Role : Data Analyst with AWS Location: Remote
Note: client is looking for the consultant on the AWS side they need someone who has worked hands-on with AWS RDS Oracle, Postgres and DynamoDB i.e. creating tables, schemas, querying data in these data, etc (so it is more than just basic knowledge). They also need this role to help with testing. General 7+ years’ experience. Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a department/unit, and recommend solutions that enable them to achieve its goals by bringing structure and formalization of requirements into the process. May include gathering business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and implementation material, participating in the implementation, and providing post-implementation support as well as responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and assisting in bridging the needs of the business with technology. May also be called upon to develop project plans and provide project management skills.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Oracle and SQL experience required.
- Must have the capability to understand data mining processes and have analytical skills to analyze existing DB structures.
- AWS experience with basic knowledge of Cloud Practitioner essentials, Postgres DB, Dynamo DB and Oracle DB.
- Ability to execute QA testing including UI and API with working knowledge of Postman.
- Automated testing experience preferred.
- Develops and executes test plans to ensure the accurate development of moderate to complex system changes from a business and functional perspective.
- Aid in the development of training materials such as Application Turnover Documents (ATD).
- Independently create and maintain system and user documentation for enhancements and system modifications (SRS as needed)
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently a must.
- Ability to work independently, while enthusiastic for challenge and change in a team environment is critical.
