Job Location : remote   Job description: The Business Analyst will have banking project experience in accounting/finance to conduct testing and validation of account reconciliation results. Candidate will need to thoroughly understand business scenarios driving accounting activity into the general ledger. Will analyze reconciliation issues to identify root cause for defects and own resolution. Work as intermediary with the business to validate requirements through UAT, process documentation and necessary training. Not only will they define, analyze and document they should be able to clearly define data flows, evaluate, and refine processes.   Requirements: Requires a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or another related field Requires 6+ years’ experience in business analysis (define, analyze and documenting requirements, clearly define data flows, evaluate, refine processes, user-experience planning, multiple technologies, frameworks, processes, application, etc.) in banking and/or accounting/finance industry. CBAP desired. Candidates need to be able to work with a team (Agile Framework is a plus).
