Role (Functional/Technical): HR Data Analyst
Skills: Skilled in requirements gathering, user facilitation and data and process analysis.
Skills in Tableau, Power BI and some HR ERP project experience. Skills in data cleanup.
Good understanding of payroll processes and data. Need skills in 401k data requirements.
Must have strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
Project Summary: The client has a project involving a recently acquired company (Blattner) to implement EcoSys for portfolio management.
Experience: Must have at least 10 years of IT project experience.
