Req-MDM Developer Location-Remote - MDM Lead Developers with LS domain knowledge (preferred) – 5+ positions - Offshore The Master Data Management (MDM) Developer will be responsible for applying MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the company’s vision, and supporting an MDM implementation on Informatica/Reltio platform technologies. The MDM candidate should be able to design and develop the information architecture for a robust MDM platform that matches and consolidates key data subject areas in a manner that is aligned to the company’s strategic vision. Required Skills & Experience: • 3-5 years direct experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Informatica/Reltio MDM tool suite. • Hands-on expertise required with Informatica/Reltio tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director and Data Quality. • Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions. • Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies and methods such as ETL, data replication, and data services. • Experience with enterprise level data analysis and integration work and/or providing data focused systems integration solutions. • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems. Primary Responsibilities: • Plan and lead MDM requirement analysis sessions with business users. • Coordinate MDM program activities for the Customer and Product data domains. • Conduct source system analysis, and data profiling for lifecycle management. • Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of a MDM platform.
