Job Summary:
Job Role :: Hybris DevOps Technical Lead
Location :: Research Triangle Park, NC
Contract on C2C

Duties/Expectations:
• Lead an offshore India-based DevOps team of Hybris/UI developers in completing enhancements and resolving technical debt during sprints for eCommerce systems
• Mentor team members as needed
• Perform code reviews, merges, and deployments
• Assist with complex development tasks and troubleshooting
• Partner closely with GSK Tech Manager for planning, updates, and driving team progress
• Collaborate with other DevOps technical leads and share knowledge and best-practices
• Lead others through positive examples
• Attend daily stand-ups to provide updates and all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospect, and review)
• Conduct Jira story grooming and effort estimation

Skills:
• 8-10+ years Hybris development experience
• Solid SQL skills for building complex multi-table joins
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership experience
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, GIT, SonarQube
• Agile development skills
• SAP CCV2 experience is a plus
