Role : Veeva CRM Solution Architect with KAM experience - Pharma/Life Science

Location : Remote Opportunity

JD :

CRM Business Analyst with overall experience of 8+ years, with Pharma/Life Science background
At least 3 years of hands-on experience of Veeva CRM configuration and support is highly preferred.
Veeva Qualifications/Certifications a major plus especially across CRM
Demonstrated experience with IT processes including User Requirements gathering, creating BRD and FRS documents , Project Management, Change Management, Incident Management etc
Must have experience of implementing KAM module on Veeva CRM
Experience with reporting tools a major plus, such as Qlik or Tableau, and/or experience with other querying and reporting tools
Relationship-building capability with business partners and key stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to solve problems, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Attention to detail and meticulous documentation practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team (especially with offshore teams)
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively and work efficiently with peers and management at all levels in the organization.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
