Job Description:

-          Resource need to have proven skills in quality and test engineering/management,  leading large-scale teams in Banking/Credit card domain.  (Large E2E Test Management experience)

-          8+ years' experience.

-          Will need to lead a team collaborating across multiple engineering teams (inclusive of QA Resources)  to create the test strategy / approach that will outline go / intake criteria into Release Test (aka User Acceptance Test / Customer Acceptance Test).

-          Creating a test plan, leading coordination and status reporting of projects from initiation to implementation.

-          Experienced and knowledgeable on platform delivery methodology (Agile, incl Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Waterfall)

-          Experienced in driving debugging conversations across multiple Engineering Team to identify root cause(s) and remediation activities.

-          Responsible for conversations with Engineering Team and QA Teams to identify test data needs for Release Test; Ensure test data setup, data mining and conditioning are completed per the release testing timeline.

-          Hands-on experience with debugging and tracing tools such as Postman, Splunk, SOAP UI etc.  Well-versed in root cause analysis and debugging techniques.

-          Generate Daily Status Reports and Track quality metrics (defects)  that can be collated and reported to management during retrospectives. Identify patterns and opportunities from the metrics to drive innovation and improvement

-          Strong technical experience working one of more of the following areas : Mainframe, distributed, mobile development, programming in a number of languages (i.e. Cobol, Java, .Net, etc)

Experienced knowledge of continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment(CD) and continuous testing (CT) capabilities, including tools such as Jenkins, ARA, Rally and/or JIRA, version control such as GIT or SVN and service virtualization
