Titleeployment/Cutover Lead (Workday implementation)

Location:Columbus, OH

Duration:6 Months

 

Required Experience:

•            10+ years’ experience with 5 years large project deployments.

•            Experience with Workday Preferred.

•            Experience leading Deployment/Cutover activities for an ERP systemsimplementation.

•            Experience with Human Capital Management Applications Preferred.

•            Must have excellent leadership skills.

•            Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with leaders and keystakeholders with clarity and precision.

•            Ability to direct resource activities in an onshore/offshore model.

•            Strong Business Process Analysis and Mapping skills.

•            Experience in the indirect management of team members including assisting inthe deployment, training and assignment of work/project’s to other members of ateam.

•            Familiarity with the Energy Industry is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

•            Develop cutover strategy and detailed plan.

•            Manages and ensures the availability of resources during the cutover.

•            Lead the development and execution of business readiness checklist.

•            Lead the development and execution of technical readiness checklist.

•            Work with KPMG counterpart to provide daily and weekly updates.

•            Lead or actively participate in daily stand-up calls during the cutover period.

•            Responsible for timely execution of tasks during the pre-cutover andpost-cutover stages of the cutover.

•            Ensures there is a plan in place for data catch-up.

•            Ensure that all critical stakeholders are involved in the process.

•            Define Go/No-Go criteria and obtain sign-off on the decision before proceedingfor cutover.
