Previous experience leading large projects
Good understanding of life insurance product as well as the regulations and actuarial guidelines applicable to life insurance products is highly desired.
Experience in Statutory and GAAP reporting related to life insurance companies
Macro Thinker (needs to be able to see the big picture)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to recommend areas of potential improvements
Ability to communicate and present results to management with clarity and appropriate depth
Collaborate and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with thoughtful planning and effective execution.
Tableau Developer Skills or similar reporting suite experience with ability to learn Tableau.
