Role: Agile Coach
Location: Remote
Experience in playing the Agile Coach role for at least 3 years and
Scrum Master role for 3-5 years for a software development team that was
diligently applying Agility principles, practices, and theory
Total
experience should be minimum of 12 years in software Development
(Platform, DevOps and Product Development)
Experienced Agile
practitioner who has gone through the process of Agile adoption &
enablement at scale (either at an enterprise level OR at a large account
level OR at a Practice Level OR at Program / Portfolio level)
Demonstrable experience in conducting periodic readiness / maturity
assessments to measure Agility, engineering and architecture for product
centricity, transformations
Demonstrable experience in conducting Value
Stream Mapping and IT Stream Mapping
Demonstrable experience in
conducting Product Design workshops and work with PO / PM for product /
Feature / Epics and Stories identification.
Experience in leading Lean
Portfolio Management / Agile Transformation office
Demonstrated
experience of Consulting on Agility and DevOps - Culture, Automation,
Lean methods and Tools for measurement and improvement.
Good Portfolio
/ Program Management experience.
Demonstrable experience and knowledge
of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, TDD, Value
Streaming, Lean etc.
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by
the team and general software development experience
Conduct training
workshops on Agile and related roles to teams and other stakeholders
Experienced in Coach the team to ensure Agile adoption. Coaches Scrum
teams and Delivery leaders on the Scrum model / Agile Way of Working
Prepare Agile Coaches from within the delivery organisation
Handle RFP
responses for the account - Supports BU GTM strategy
Excellent
proficiency in engineering/DevOps practices: SCM, Continuous
Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Continuous
Delivery
Knowledge of agile project management tool (JIRA, Rallly,
Version One, ServiceNow, Realtime Dashboards Mural, Hygieia),
collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Flock, Jabber, etc.)
Excellent
communication, Strong Virtual meeting facilitation, mentoring skills,
consulting, influential, collaborative, observant and knowledgeable
Core responsibilities include
As an Enterprise/Agile Coach, you will
be involved in a combination of strategizing & designing Digital
transformation, Agile transformation roadmaps, Value streaming
facilitation, mentoring, coaching and training teams to enable Agile
adoption at scale across enterprises / SBU. You should be an experienced
Agile practitioner who has gone through the process of Agile adoption &
enablement at scale (either at an enterprise level OR at a large account
level OR at a Practice Level OR at a Large Program level)
Engage with
clients / senior leaders to define Agile transformation plan for the
account & agree on Governance mechanisms
Enable Agile transformation in
Delivery Units / large accounts / new product developments
Conduct
periodic readiness / maturity assessments to measure Agility,
engineering and architecture for product centricity, transformations
Conduct Value Stream Mapping and IT Stream Mapping
Conduct Product
Design workshops and work with PO / PM for product / Feature / Epics and
Stories identification
Experience in leading Lean Portfolio Management
/ Agile Transformation office
Facilitate Backlog Prioritisation
workshops with PO
Conduct training workshops on Agile and related roles
to teams and other stakeholders
Coach the team to ensure Agile
adoption. Coaches Scrum teams and Delivery leaders on the Scrum model /
Agile Way of Working
Prepare Agile Coaches from within the delivery
organisation
Handle RFP responses for the account - Supports BU GTM
strategy
Help develop Agile Practices, Tools across the business units
Build Agile solutions and frameworks / POVS for different technologies /
domain
Represent Brillio in internal and external forum

Lean-Agile leadership
Supports the team rules

Leads organizational
efforts for continuous improvement and change management
Coaches teams
on successful Agile techniques and scalability frameworks: User Stories,
Agile Games, SaFe, Spotify, DaD, LeSS, Nexus, etc.
Participates and
mentors the teams for Agile Ceremonies
Coordinates, Supports and
coaches the Product Owner, Business Sponsors, Change Managers and
external teams
Eliminates impediments in Agile adoption
Promotes
Agility quality practices
Coaches Scrum masters to build and maintain
high-performing teams
Evangelizes Engineering/DevOps Practices and
tools for automation across the product/enterprise
