Job Description:

Hands-on experience in Designing & Developingenterprise applications from scratch, with contributions from different teams.

Hands on experience in Development of Web Applicationswork) with both Frontend (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript & Angular JS 2/4+) andBackend (Java APIs built as Microservices or NodeJS based)

Exposure to development, enhancement & support ofhighly responsive, reliable and secure Web Applications  

Experience in creating, troubleshooting and fixingInfrastructure, associated DevOps processes for deploying Frontend + BackendApplications

Experience with Web Servers/Proxies (NGINX, Apache) ,Continuous integration and delivery, Jenkins, Ansible and other CDCItechnologies

Exposure to BPM tools like Alfresco Activiti is desirable

 

Education Qualification & Work Experience Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or ITor equivalent technical discipline)

Minimum 8 Years of experience in an IT or productdevelopment or telecom or equivalent work environment.

 

Role & Goals:

Primary Role â€" Develop a multi-tenant platform to handlewireless network provisioning across multiple host networks.

Lead development/delivery efforts of our BusinessApplications to honor our delivery milestone commitments

Ensures programs are envisioned, designed, developed, andimplemented across the enterprise to meet business needs. Interfaces withdevelopment team and other technical/functional architects to ensure that mostefficient solutions are designed to meet business needs.

Ensures solutions are well engineered, operable,maintainable, and delivered on schedule.

Tracks and documents requirements for enterprisedevelopment projects and enhancements Monitors current and future trends,technology and information that will positively affect organizational projects;applies and integrates emerging technological trends to new and existingsystems architecture.

Plans and designs new or upgraded systems. Interacts withdepartments to implement improvements in process.

Develops solution architecture (both tactical andstrategic) to fully manage/support enterprise needs, services, systems andtechnology management.

Mentors team members in relevant technologies andimplementation architecture.

Practice test-driven development in an Agile/Scrumenvironment

 

Skills and expertise:

Hands-on experience with the Technology stack mentionedabove & managing teams working on OSS/BSS Applications.

Experience with defining, monitoring, tracking, reporting& addressing KPI/KQI for complex development projects.

Experience in working with diverse, multi-disciplineteams spread across geos. Mandatory to have worked in an environment that hadBackend (API & Data Layer) Engineers/Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters,, UI Teams, QA teams & L2/DevOps groups to accomplish overall projectgoals.
