Responsibilities: The business analyst would be responsible documenting and reporting data on the intersection of business processes, requirements, requests, and collaborating with technology teams. Day-to-day job responsibilities: - Communicates, translates and simplifies business requirements into features to be consumed by agile teams
- Clarifies business/customer/partner analytics requests and reviews / product specifications for change
- Manages product backlog and assists with Sprint Management
- Works with Agile Teams to ensure they understand specifications
- Generates business process modeling scenarios for test team
- Interfaces with Business/Customer/Partner Onboarding team regarding enhancements, QA and UAT
Qualifications: Specific qualifications: - At least 8 years as a Business/Data Analyst with some experience in the wireless/telecommunications industry
- 5+ years of exposure to performing Wireless BSS analysis
- Practical application of use case and process flow diagrams
- Creates elegant SQL-based solutions delivered using Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) APIs, file feeds, streaming data analytics and BI tools such as Tableau
- Experience with cloud technologies (like AWS or Azure) and data analytics platforms
- Experience with converting business scope to insights, KPIs and metrics
- Good understanding of predicted and prescribed AI/ML solutions
