Location: New York City, NY (Till Covid19 100% remote opportunity) Duration: 6+ month’s contract   Must have skills: Figma expertise Working experience in multi-functional teams and enterprise Experience working as an Individual contributor     Job Description 7-10 years experience solving complex communication problems and designing world-class experiences for mid to large-scale clients. Conduct client consulting projects to analyze and gather requirements, conduct interviews and meetings to understand the design requirements Work directly and collaborate with other creatives and digital partners to envision and iterate concepts, leading design efforts and serving as a strategic partner and ensure compatibility of your design with the existing design ecosystem. Facilitate high-level strategic decisions with buy in from multiple disciplines, effectively “selling” design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the success of the strategy and the ability to champion the best possible user experience. Conceptualize the design features and evaluate the usability and success of marketing touchpoints across the enterprise’s digital platforms to form and validate your solutions. Use an advanced ability with complex problems, research, conceptualization (sketches / wireframes), visual design, information architecture, interaction, and a precise eye for detail to execute intuitive, engaging, and elegant experiences. Leverage design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies to design, evaluate and refine concepts based on user feedback, testing validation, etc. Take into account every aspect of the user’s experience, business and marketing goals to coordinate and deliver design, prototype, and documentation, to the highest possible standards.
