Position: Sr. Python Developer (Backend Developer with Azure)

Location: Dallas, TX – Remote to Start then Onsite

Duration: 6 Month open-ended Contract

Rate: $65/Hr. on C2C

 

*Interview Times with the Hiring Manager on Mon, Aug 2^nd, and Tues, Aug, 3^rd

 

 

Required Skills

Must Have:

• Ability to produce high quality code

• Solid Computer Science background

• A thinker and problem solver

• Strong algorithm and data structure experience

• Sr. level experience in Python development (Backend Developer)

• Flask framework

• Any relational database and NoSQL experience

• Azure o Azure Service Bus o Azure Cosmos DB

• CI/CD

• Docker

 

Nice to Have: • C++ • Kubernetes

Team Size: ~15

 

Perform software architecture design and analysis, write high quality code and deploy highly scalable and efficient software system in Azure cloud environment.

 

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related technical field.

• Excellent programming skills in object-oriented languages like Python, Java, C++, etc.

• Solid foundation on data structures and algorithm design & analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in building highly scalable and reliable Azure cloud services leveraging App Services, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, Function App, Azure API Management and other PAAS components.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Bricks.

• Extensive experience on SQL, relational database, and NoSQL database

• 3+ years of experience working on an Agile team and following Agile processes like SCRUM

• Good understanding of web authentication and authorization methods including Oauth2 and OpenId Connect.

• Extensive experience with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes and/or CI/CD.

• Good networking/network security understandings such as Address Space, CIDR notation, subnet, protocol, routing, VPN, etc.
