UST is looking for a Sr BPM Developer with expertise across Business Analysis, Modeling, Optimization, Business Rule Management and Software development. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on IBM BPM Development, troubleshooting & support activities .  The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team and should have worked on a complex IBM implementation

Responsibilities:

●        Review business requirements to develop an accurate workflow.

●        Focus on business logic and process flows, working on the design and development of business logic, process models/flows and UI screens to implement in a BPM (Business Process Management)-based system.

●        Developed high quality code complying to applicable standards and industry practices.

●        Proactively communicated with all stakeholders about status, risks and issues related to the work.

●        Participated in troubleshooting exercises when needed and requested.

●        Conducted UNIT testing to ensure code delivery of the highest quality.

●        Experience in performance tuning and maintaining the BPM platform applications and working through production issues required.

●        Supported System and User acceptance testing for quality assurance efforts on the application.

●        Coordinate closely with team members to ensure proper implementation of fixes, unit testing, and configuration management.

●        Manage daily work in the Atlassian suite of applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo).

●        Mentor junior BPM developers to improve capabilities of the team.

●        Certification will be a plus

●        Expertise in supporting IBM with multi-language environment will definitely a plus
