Position:- Oracle Cloud Payroll HCM Implementation Consultant
Location:- Remote
Mode of employment: Contract
Implementation Partner:- Cognizant
Interview:- Phone and Skype
Rate:- Best in Market
Job Description:
· Coordinate and manage the testing efforts for areas being implemented.
· This includes the implementation of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Trust (PaaS solution with Union Benefits), and any other PaaS solutions.
· The testing will include at least three Conference Room Pilot (CRP) cycles, at least one UAT cycle, at least two parallel testing cycles and at least two performance-testing cycles.
· This resource needs to have Test Lead experience with the Oracle Cloud platform.
Job Responsibilities:
· 6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions
· Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
· Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
· Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus.
