q Technical Analysis and Development – Cobol, CICS, Telon, IMS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, Message Broker

q Minimum 8- 10 years development experience with Cobol, CICS, IMS, VSAM, JCL.

q Solid knowledge of manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operational business applications

q Experience researching and resolving CICS or Batch Job Abnormal Ends (Abends).

q Knowledge on Enterprise Scheduling Package (schedule for batch job execution)

q Capable of Managing a large offshore team

q Able to manage communication with Client IT & Business Team

q Coordinate, Manage and delegate work appropriately to Offshore team

q Liaison with Client IT & business team and offshore Team
