q Solid knowledge of manufacturing, quality, supply chain and operational business applications
q Experience researching and resolving CICS or Batch Job Abnormal Ends (Abends).
q Knowledge on Enterprise Scheduling Package (schedule for batch job execution)
q Capable of Managing a large offshore team
q Able to manage communication with Client IT & Business Team
q Coordinate, Manage and delegate work appropriately to Offshore team
q Liaison with Client IT & business team and offshore Team
