Position Title:    Success Factors Analytics/Reporting Consultant

Duration:           6+ Months

Location:            Remote

 

Global HR Reporting & Analytics team is looking for a passionate, engaged Reporting Analyst consultant to join our team for the next 6-12 months. The Global Human Resources (GHR) Reporting Analyst is responsible for enabling analytics & reporting to support the various functions and business units across organization.

 

Educational qualification:

·       Bachelor / Master's Degree with an emphasis on Computer Science.

Years of Experience:

·       Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience (HRSS/HRIS)

·       Minimum 4 years SuccessFactors HRIS experience required

·       Minimum 2 years SuccessFactors HRIS report designer experience required

·       Expert Excel knowledge and experience in developing reports & dashboards

·       Power BI experience required

 

Primary Responsibilities

·       Leverage Success Factor – Employee Central Online Report Designer technical and functional knowledge to build new reports, reverse engineer and document existing reports and edit existing reports to improve performance to meet business and technical requirements.

·       As part of a team, deliver a diverse catalog of Global HR Reports, including ad-hoc and scheduled reporting requests

·       Download data and provide refined data for external benchmarking surveys; Prepare and submit data for AAP/EEO-1 reporting

·       Effectively manage confidential data and adhere to data governance standards.

·       Integrates disparate data from multiple systems and tools. Interprets data and reports, crafting the story from the data.

·       Develops and interprets reports which clearly and concisely show key trends and problem areas.

·       Able to work in a fast-past environment juggling multiple projects and requests.

·       Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills with an attention to detail.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
