Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Work in a highly - collaborative team environment with an always-evolving mixture of active teamwork and quiet-time passionate about project advancement and self-learning.
Good Presentation skills and communicate with C-Suite executives.
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development, configuration, integration, and customization of fields, objects and workflows.
Contribute to successful Design and Delivery of SFMC implementations
Create Technical Design from Functional Design / Requirement
Work on Journey Builder, Automation, Cloud pages, Email Design, Perform configuration customization
Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
Perform Impact analysis in CRM Marketing Automation domain
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the platform is driving efficient productivity and value across the organization.
Develop end-user requirements to design, develop, configure and administer SFDC including APEX code, custom objects/fields, process builds, page layouts, workflow rules, and external tool integrations.
Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing best practices for SFDC and data management.
Full release management including creation of use cases and test plans as required Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, and training material Keep up to date on new SFDC and 3rd party apps, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business requirements.
Manage the database for the team regions and performed basic administration, de-duping and clean-up procedures.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.

Minimum qualifications:

BE/MBA/M.Tech.
Typically requires experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Preferred qualifications:
Certifications in Salesforce PD1, PD2, Marketing Cloud Developer and Email Specialist.
Must have Salesforce practice for minimum 2-3 Years.
At least 2 end to end SFMC implementations.
CRM Marketing Automation domain.
Integration of SFMC with SF Sales/Service cloud and other enterprise systems is required SOAP/REST.
Hands-on experience on different channels of Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Web Studio, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, Advertisement Studio.
Work on AMPscript / SSJS and Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on AMPscript.
Should have prior campaign management experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands on experience in Customization of Applications, Tabs, Objects, Fields, Record Types and Page Layouts.
Hands on experience in Workflow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Data Security and Approval Process.
Hands on experience in OWD.
Hands on experience in Apex Programming, Visual Force Page, DML, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex, Triggers, Extensions, Test Classes, Java Script, Schema Programming.
Hands on experience in Integration- HTTP, REST, SOAP, OAuth, Serialization and Deserialization.
Good Knowledge in Lightning web components.
Hands on Experience in Migration Process – Change set, ANT Tool, Workbench.
