Position:-Senior DevOps Consultant

LENGTH: : 6 months,

LOCATION: Remote is OK

Responsibility:-

As a Senior DevOps Consultant at Ensono, you will be playing a key supportive role within your project from a hands-on technical and leadership perspective; resolving team challenges that might arise within a complex project and helping that client to realize the business benefit of an investment into the cloud. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working as part of a cross functional team where you will be working hand in hand with the client and your fellow Ensono team members to uncover the hard problems and solving them using cloud-native technologies, modern techniques and software.

You can expect to do this by educating the client on DevOps best practices, creating CI/CD pipelines from scratch as well as a variety of DevOps related responsibilities to help transform the client’s business. You will be working across the full project lifecycle closely with your Ensono team members, understanding their business and client requirements, navigating through complex stakeholder relationships, and articulating solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as coaching and mentoring members of the project team.

What you’ll bring to Ensono

We are looking for passionate Senior DevOps Engineers bringing the following skills and experience:

Creating advanced CI/CD solutions from scratch using 3 or more CI/CD platforms, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI, CircleCI, etc

Implementing reusable pipeline templates (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) or infrastructure modules (Terraform, Ansible)

Designing, implementing and provisioning Kubernetes clusters for use at scale

Designing and implementing a basic application routing path incorporating CDN, load balancers and ingress controller

Working on large sized projects with multiple teams collaborating together

Supporting security architecture and defining or updating a set of naming conventions, patterns and practices

Identifying build pipelines to validate non-functional requirements

Contributing to infrastructure code testing by writing test for an existing framework

Debugging applications in one of the following languages: Java, C#, NodeJS

Confidently resolving challenges on a complex project and being responsible for outcomes

Great communication skills, in particular: presenting, collaborating and partnering with stakeholders
