Position Title: - Python Test Automation and Migration

Location: - Milwaukee, WI

TheMilwaukee CT Firmware Team is looking for a software engineer for Python TestAutomation and migration from version 2 to version 3 for  real-timecontrol software for our industry-leading Computed Tomography (CT) Scanners.The engineer will work with and take direction from the Lead/Senior FirmwareEngineers for this project. Activities will include

1. implementation and execution of automated tests in our Python-based automated test framework
2. conversion and execution of existing manual tests to automated tests in our Python-based automated test framework
3. migration of product, test and development scripts and code from Python version 2.x to version 3.x for compatibility with SLES 15 SP3

 

RequiredQualifications:

·       Experiencewith software configuration management and build tools: ClearCase, Git, Jenkins

·       Experiencewith Linux/SLES 15 environments

·       Experiencewith C/C++, Python programing

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experiencewith unit testing, verification testing and automated test management

·       Experiencewith HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

·       Experiencewith Rally and working in an Agile planning and execution environment
