Job Role :: Java Full Stack Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced full stack engineer who wantsto work on an agile development team. Our technology stacks include (amongother things) Groovy, Java, Spring, React, Angular, .Net, PL/SQL. Our idealteam typically follows all day pairing (for everything â€" coding, meetings,analysis and documentation) and rotates pairs every day. An ideal candidate canquickly assess a technology landscape to make architectural decisions and pivotto building solutions with a Test-Driven Development mindset.
Skills Used Daily:
Building the simplest possible thing that will continuallydeliver working software to end users
Service development, REST, HTTP, Java, Spring, Groovy, JSON
Experience in building web UI with ReactJS, or otherJavaScript frameworks
Prioritize, communicate clearly, and consistently deliverresults
TDD, paired programming, code reviews, and aggressiverefactoring
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of modern deployment, CI/CD, and configuration management tools
- Ability and aptitude to dig into and solve challenging problems and proactively avoid problems
- Scripting, automation, and troubleshooting of processes and systems
- Networks, security, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and other infrastructure components
- Understands and is willing to work with integrating 3rd party software systems (e.g. Blue Yonder/JDA, OneDoor, Liferay DXP, Symphony Retail, IBM MDM, IBM BAW)
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Courage to communicate in an honest and direct manner
- Willing to accept decisions that depart from your opinion
- Able to draft user stories and acceptance criteria
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills
