Job Title:IT Project Manager

Location:Remote

Duration:Long term contract

 

Responsibility:

·       Manages and delivers complex projectsor programs in alignment with client expectations and business needs.

·       Manages department orcross-functional teams focused on the delivery of projects.

·       Plans and directs schedules as wellas project budgets.

·       Organizes interdepartmental meetingsand communication to ensure project/program completion.

·       Directs the activities of projectsupport staff, project managers, and sub-contractors.

·       Ensures resources are allocated and maintainedto facilitate successful project completion.

 

Jobdescription:

·       Must have 12+ years of relevant IT experience in Application Designand Developer along with at least 5+ years of experience in a senior projectmanagement position.

·       Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must.Must be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, includingsenior executives.

·       Must have strong organization, presentation, and problem-solvingskills.

·       Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.

·       Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and workextended hours when necessary.

·       Should possess fair knowledge of healthcare-based applicationsusing Microsoft Stacks, Node JS, React JS / Redux, ASP.Net and MS SQL Server

·       Must possess working knowledge of healthcare specific to claimspayment platforms and be proficient in industry standards pertaining toencounters, authorizations, EDI, claim codes, fee schedule, and 837’s.

·       Must have working knowledge of SDLC methodology.

·       Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task.

·       Expected to be able to do the Risk Assessment and mitigations

·       Ability to Manage tasks from Management and team resources andsupport team including infra delivery and requirements.
