Position: Oracle HCM Techno Functional Lead
• Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules is a must.
• Experience level should be 6 plus years with 1 - 3 full life cycle implementations experience.
• Should have handled Implementations, Upgrades, Roll outs and Systems Integration assignments for worldwide customers.
• Proficiency in Oracle E-business Suite in HR, OTL and Payroll modules implementation
• Experience with US Legislation (if offshore).
• Should have good exposure towards Hire to Retire process.
• Understanding the integration between HR and Financial modules
• Must be willing to work with team members in Offshore/Onshore for task delivery.
• Must have ability to communicate with Client team members as appropriate Orally and in writing.
• Good to have experience on Fusion HCM and Talent Management Modules
• Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of HCM business operation flows.
• Should be able to demonstrate industry specific solution than standard solution.
• Must have knowledge of Fast Formulas and ability to work with them in all HCM modules.
• Capable to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution.
• Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear articulation, communication and exposure to working in teams.
• Ability to write basic queries for issue resolution would be helpful.
• Should be able to manage team and ensure quality delivery.
• Should have ability to provide estimations and good at project management activities.
• Should be good enough to understand the client requirements and provide solutions
