Location: Chicago, IL

Long Term Contract

Hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Project Management Office role -

· Excellent Documentation Skills - Preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

· Training new employees on board, developing curriculum material and executing Trainings

· Advanced Reporting and Analytics – Process Improvement, Project Performance and Change Management, and Customer Management. Experience with large volume data processing including Excel spreadsheets and Databases

· Proficient in engagement with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), System Analysts and Technical team with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology

· Experience in creating and documenting user stories
