Job Description:
• At least 8-10 years of IT experience and having exposure to both Agile and traditional models
• At least 5 years of experience in IBM BPM 8.5.x , 8.6  and IBM BAW
• Having strong proficiency across all areas of BPM and best practices & standards to provide insights on problems across functional areas.
• Experience in IBM BPM Development including UI Design, coach, coach view.
• Process, rules & deep IBM BPM solution skills.
• Having strong proficiency in using IBM BPM Rest Service, web service.
• Having proficiency in Oracle 12c/11g, SQL Server. Using oracle complex functions, writing complex queries.
• Having experience in performance optimization both in front-end and back-end side.
• Excellent programming skills using high-level languages Java, JavaScript, etc
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams with diverse and complementary skills
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand the functionality and triage the issues in production
•     Exp in L2 Support, log analysis, good analytical skills, Flexibility in work
•    Experience in BPM out of box reporting, and in creating custom reports using a CoachView user interface
•    J2EE and XML experience
