Skills Required
- Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong Airline domain expertise.
- Experience as a Technical Analyst in Website Development, Maintenance and Enhancements
- Experience on Sitecore CMS (content management system) projects
- Knowledge and understanding of APIs.
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and ability to write their specifications
- Ability to understand the technicalities and distinction of Desktop Website versus Mobile UI
- Should be able to write basic SQL queries
- Knowledge of the Airline workflows is required – Shopping, Booking, Reservations, Pricing, Ticketing.
- Ability to write efficient user stories in Jira
- Expertise in Scrum and Agile Methodology
- Experience of using requirement management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Should have also performed as a Scrum Master
– Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
- Ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.
- Expertise in Requirement Management and Analysis Ability to understand the business process flow and system interactions.
- Ability to document the requirements and draw high level process flows
- Ability to articulate business need to IT requirements so that technology teams can create IT solutions
- Creating product backlog, release backlog, user stories and acceptance criteria.
