Title :Cloud / Devops Engineer
Location : Irving, TX
Job Description:
- Design and build infrastructure in AWS cloud.
- ·Proposes cloud solutions based on business and technology considerations, and suitable alternatives to satisfy customer needs
- ·Assist in the development and management of the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Cloud Governance processes.
- ·Aid in the creation of automated troubleshooting capabilities across multiple cloud providers.
- ·Help maintain cross-platform tooling across multiple cloud providers.
- ·Works to integrate cloud solutions with existing enterprise tools and systems
- ·Analyzes the current enterprise architecture to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement using cloud solutions.
- ·Acts as a subject matter expert on technologies and trends in cloud solutions engineering.
- ·Performs evaluations of enterprise cloud technology standards, tools, products and solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.
- ·Keeps abreast of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates vendor offerings to determine best fit for business needs.
- ·At least 5 years of practical experience with most if not all of the following components of AWS: VPC, EC2, ELB, EBS, Route53, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, RDS, SNS, SQS, Lambda
- ·Experience with high availability and scalability in AWS
- ·At least one of the following certifications: Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or any professional level AWS certification.
- ·Proficient in creating technical documentation & diagrams.
