Roles Responsibilities Skill Set Location
1. SFCC Support Tech Lead
• Act as a point of contact from Cognizant for the SFCC technical expertise • Primary SME for SFCC activities, support & maintenance • Report problem status, risks, issues, to the Project Manager • Review resolution quality of all L2 and L3 incidents/issues reported • Proactive review of monitoring tools and provide recommendations as needed based on site traffic and ongoing support • Onsite lead to be accountable for Offshore deliverables and conduct interactions with other teams such as product teams
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud • JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap & JSON • Ability to guide and lead the support team • Commerce monitoring tools for site traffic and performance • Excellent communication skills.
2. SFCC Support Junior role with some exposure to Development.
• Provide incident and bug fix support for L2/ 3 tickets • Provide root cause analysis for repetitive issues. • Follow Converse recommended Standard Operating procedures. • Coordinate with L1.5 team to explore opportunities to left shift tickets • Prepare Knowledge documentation/ Functional FAQs for newly identified issues working closely with L1.5 team • Unit test the bug fixes and minor enhancements
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud, • JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap & JSON • Strong analytical and programming skills • Monitoring tools like Dashboards
