Responsibilities - Tackle and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc
- Identifying, fixing bottlenecks, bugs and Maintaining, fixing web applications
- System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
- Working experience in design, implement automated cloud applications and handle OpenShift Platform
- Should be able to maintain operations of applications, operating systems, virtualization environments, networking and web environments
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist development team as necessary to resolve issues
Minimum qualifications - BE/B Tech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications - Knowledge in OpenShift platform for application deployment, Monitoring and troubleshooting
- Extensive knowledge in Unix, Python is mandatory
- Experience and extensive knowledge in cloud platforms AWS to design, provision, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot issues
- Automation using scripting Python
- Proactive in learning new tools and technologies and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and stringent deadlines
