NOTE:

· NO OPT/CPT, We would need proper documents for submission.

· NEED 10 to 12+ YEARS OF IT EXP.

· Working with Implementation Partner.

Role: D365 Solution Architect - Functional

Location: Houston, TX (Remote till Pandemic)

Duration: Long-term

Must have:

· Must have 4-5 Implementation projects experience with strong expertise in D365.

· Experience in end-to-end SDLC stages i.e. Gathering business requirement, design, testing, go-live, production support etc.

· Experience in solution of business requirements

· Hands-on experience in D365 CE modules i.e. specifically Field Service & Sales

· Hands-on knowledge of D365 configurations and customizations

· Proficient in CRM’s core OOB functionalities like workflows, business rules, business process flow, security framework, user setup etc.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customer directly and resolve issues

· Experience in handling team & working as a SPOC for client

· Handling integrations with third-party applications like Marketo, ClickDimensions, portals, ERP, CPQ etc.

Good to have:

· Working knowledge on other D365 CE modules i.e. Customer Service, Project Service Automation will be added advantage

· Working knowledge of D365 PowerApps Portals

· Basic knowledge of LogicApps

· Certifications on D365 CE will be added advantage

· Onsite-Offshore experience will be added advantage
