Role: Scrum Master
Location: Nashville, TN 

Duration: 6+ Months

2 roles:

One role will serve to primarily partner with the Pricing Team.

One role will serve to primarily partner with the Merchandising Team.

·   Prior Retail experience is required for both roles, due to the nature of the teams they'll primarily partner with

·   The Scrum Masters submitted MUST be excellent and proven leaders in coaching/teaching/mentoring teams at all levels within many spaces of the Waterfall/Agile journey

·   ​Pricing software background, such as Lightspeed, Square, Korona, Shopkeep, etc. required – the software type does not matter, as long as there is a solid history of experience in utilizing/implementing the technology processes as a leader in the Scrum space

·   ERP and/or CRM background, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, is a HUGE priority in consideration – while it's not a deal-breaker in terms of being classified as a requirement, please know that candidates that have this experience will be prioritized over candidates that do not

·   Impact to pricing structure experience is a high preference

·   Billing systems integration/implementation experience is also a high preference

·   Previous experience serving as a Product Owner would be of great benefit to the role, and candidates with this experience will be given priority over those that do not.
