Hello,   Greetings from VBeyond Corporation!   VBeyond has been consistently recognized by renowned clients for being their trusted staffing partners for almost one and half decades.   I am sorry if am bothering you on your busy schedule, we are looking for a Voice/VoIP Engineer at Initially remote than Chicago and not sure if you are looking for new project.   If you do then please share your updated resume with contact information or kindly help me with a suitable reference that would be a great help.   Title: Voice/VoIP Engineer Location: Initially remote than Chicago Duration: Long Term     Responsibilities: •           Deep understanding of CISCO and Genesys VoIP technologies. • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment including o  CISCO Unified Communication Manager o             Gateway CISCO VG202XM, VG310 Modular 24 FXS Port GW with PVDM3-64 o     Video Conference (Telepresence MX300, Spark Room 55/70, WebEx Room 55) o        Genesys SIP, GVP, Mutlimedia • Advanced system configurations on CISCO and Genesys platforms •           Periodic upgrade and preventive maintenance to avoid interruption in services •         Dealing with OEM partner and Service providers •     Critical support activities including advanced troubleshooting and escalation of issues, impacting CISCO & Genesys Voice platform •           Understanding of Networking concepts Experience •     B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject •            10+ years of experience in a relevant role •        Certification in relevant area • Should be open to relocation and working in shifts   Regards, Vivek Kumar Yadav | Recruitment Specialist | VBeyond Corporation  Phone.
