Position : Tech Lead Role (Salesforce Program)
Location : Chicago, IL and/or Montvale, NJ (REMOTE until COVID subsides)

Job Description:
Overview of Client̢۪s program:
- Resource to support Clients̢۪ Salesforce program. The resource would be supporting in a Tech Lead Role to help the team identify technical requirements, identify all the correct ServiceNow tickets and their associated documentation.
- Experience understanding TAP (architecture proposal) documents and breaking down into lower level tasks to drive implementation.
- Experience troubleshooting environment issues, cloud/on-prem (Networking, firewalls, Service accounts, AD groups, SFTP, Splunk)
- Experience working with security and application deployment teams to help remediate security findings
- Server/Infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with application deployment, configurations, setup, troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to work on multiple task/projects at the same time with little oversight.
- Salesforce knowledge
- Knowledge integrating salesforce with other systems
- Around 10years of experience will be good for this role
