You will function as a Support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.   Responsibilities: ·       Independently propose and implement strategic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems/ Improvement ·       Discussion with client and partners to explain the areas of improvement and remediate recommendations ·       Seek, craft and resolve production problems ·       Establish a dialogue with the partners to achieve trusted technical adviser status   Qualifications: ·       Qlik Sense, NPrinting ·       Primarily Financial services experience.
