Project Management, Stakeholder Management, governance & reporting2 Solution designing and orchestration 3 Implementing Service-now changes 4 Service Now upgrade5 Second and third level support for Service-now incidents 6 Development of Integrations using Service now Plugins 7 Managing UAT, Test, Training and Production instances for Service-now 8 Process Governance and Reporting 9 Training & Self Development Activities.
Experience in leading large scale project in Service Management space2. Experience in Catalog development in Service Portal3. Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrations with Service Now4. Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API5. More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting. Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade6. Experience working in Service Now Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions7. ITIL V2/V3 Certification 8. Experience in Service-Now as a System Administrator or Architect or Programmer/Analyst. 9. Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) 10. Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration 11. Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change 12. Development and working experience on Service now plugins and Customizations.
Good communication skill2. Good Analytical skills3. Ability to lead independently and directly coordinate with customers4. Ability to drive Scrum calls
