Location: Appleton, WI

Duration: 12 Months

Client: Thrivent Financial for Lutherans

Rate: $60/Hr. on W2

 

Required Skills:

Overview of the role Focus on technology in systems, need to understand bus requirements but not create them Technology- data delivery side- accord standards, tx life, message delivery, create harmonized date out of multiple admin systems, produce homogenous messages, define data contracts, understand what they are capable of producing and not, every system produces same result in same time frame, Technical BA- take bus requirements and turn them into technical requirements Don't need to write code but want to sit side by side with developer Insurance industry standard Data structure- XML- want to be able to read XML Scrum/agile/not perfect Anyone on the team can contribute to any task- bonus Modeling/ talk with architects- bonus Core of work is in technical analysis Story tool? Jira Insurance- If they don't have a certain skillet is that a deal breaker? Want a breadth of knowledge Want to learn Ability to contribute all members can support each other
