Job Roles / Responsibilities:      
1.         Bridge between developers, project managers, and business experts
2.         Create interface mapping between systems.
3.         Know how to configure, extend or customize the Sterling application to meet a business requirement
4.         Review coding standards, look critically into Performance and Performance engineering
5.         Develop templates, frameworks and design patterns and use them in the projects
