Job Description:
Build/Maintain Images for various vendor platforms of hardware and delivery platforms following industry standards of image process and automation. Jamf Server Administration: Built several custom software/scripted solutions to allow for better management of Mac clients. Extended the capabilities of JAMF tools to allow for greater reporting and manageability of Macs. Maintain/Update/Deploy software on JAMF management server and makes sure MAC devices are patched and up to date on software that run on them. Manage Acronis File Connect (Acronis File /Windows 2016 Server) Appropriately communicate with senior management when request for project or troubleshooting statuses. Proficiency in Tanium deployment, maintain software packages and deploy as needed. Scripting for Mac management platform. Support technical team members in support functions including prototyping, testing and development.
