Mandatory Qualification

· Certification as a Base SAS programmer for SAS v9

· Experience in using SAS for data management and analysis.

· Experience programming SAS/GRAPH, SAS/ODS, SAS/MACROS, SAS/SQL, PROC SQL, and PROC REPORT on a daily or weekly basis.

· Experience conducting data analysis for sexually transmitted disease surveillance program and experience with CDESS and MIS data systems.

· Experience in Microsoft Office Access database management and analysis.

· Experience in database management and analysis using other database management tools.

· Bachelor's Degree in Science, Statistics or Epidemiology, or any related field of science.
