Role: Production Support Consultant Location: Paramus, NJ ( Remote allowed) Long Term Contract Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of Production support experience Life Science background is a must (especially in commercial side, i.e. sales and marketing of drugs, CRM etc) Exposure to applications used by Life Science companies e.g. Veeva CRM, Axtria SalesIQ etc Research, recommend, configure, and administer software configuration changes. Troubleshooting skills – ability to understand the issues being faced by the users and quickly do the diagnosis and involve the relevant application support teams to resolve the issues.
