Job Profile Summary (SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst):
Client is seeking a talented and driven Lead SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst. You will provide detail oriented functional and technical services to our customer in the United States. You will play a liaison and reviewer role working with our Autism2Work team. You will collaborate with other functional analysts, leads and work directly with client business and IT stakeholders. This position is best for a candidate who was functional, technical and detail oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities (Role Expectations):

• Create high level design for test scripts
• Implement standards and guidelines for test scripts
• Review and update test scripts to map the functional flow of the client business processes and SAP standard functionality
• Identify and create test data for unit testing of standardized test scripts
• Become a trusted partner within the client environment.
• Create standardized checklists for the team to interpret the client business processes
• Perform test execution and provide training for the team
• Work with associates from Autism2Work Program and collaborate with other functional leads

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of working experience in the functional areas of SAP Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's degree in the field of Technology or Information Systems or Computer Science
• Must be able to work collaboratively with client IT & business teams - as well as external vendors, internal teams & business partners
• Ability to bring in best practices for requirements, functional interpretation of requirements, technical analysis of configuration and functional designs
• Ability to understand and interpret the transaction codes, functionality and intricacies of data relationship between the SAP tables for test data identification and creation
• Preferred knowledge and working functional experience in the areas of SAP Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Environment Health & Safety, Controlling, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Planning and Intercompany
• Has both the desire & ability to learn new business processes quickly
• Business Analysis Skills
• Expertise with requirements definition, developing User Stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working through quality assurance
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
• Can elicit requirements from stakeholders using a variety of effective techniques
• User Experience Workshop Facilitation; understanding current processes and defining new system design requirements.
• Hands on experience with writing quality test scripts in Application Life Cycle Management (ALM)
• Hands on experience with review of test results from a test run from ALM
• Experience in the field of validation or GxP environment is a plus
• Communicate information to stakeholders to enable review and their understanding of requirements
• Requirements Review and Validation.
