Ø 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the following technology areas:   ·    VMWare And Windows OS Knowledge ·    Strong VMware virtualization knowledge ·    Experience in vCenter, ESX, vSphere, Horizon, VDI etc ·    Experience in managing Creation and maintenance of VDI master images ·    Experience in managing Creation and maintenance of Desktop pools ·    CitrixXenApp/ Xen Desktop implementations Installations, Upgrades, and operations ·    Citrix user profile disks ·    Citrix Application Layering ·    Any other VDI Technologies such as VMWare Horizon/ Microsoft WVD etc., ·    Fair knowledge on underlying infrastructure Cisco Hyperflex/ HP Blade Servers/Nutanix / DellEdge ·       Lead profiles must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in leading teams/ project plan& scheduling discussions with customer ·       Strong analytical and customer service abilities. Ability to communicate and articulate technical information across various organizational levels. Strong thought leadership abilities and a highly innovative problem solver.
